Businessman in
bribery
scandal faces indictment |

THE Department of Justice (DOJ)
has found probable cause to indict businessman Francis de Borja, who
was at the center of the bribery scandal last year at the Court of
Appeals that led to the dismissal from service of an appellate court
justice.
The bribery scandal stemmed from
the boardroom war between the Manila Electric Co. and the Government
Service Insurance System.
