Anti-drug march makes ‘Guinness’

 
President Gloria Arroyo did not lead the Grand BIDA March, which did not have one million marchers as desired by the organizers in hopes of landing in the ‘Guinness Book of World Record,’ but

it still made it to ‘Guinness’ as

“the largest march against illegal drugs.”
