Panlilio open to Palace bid

Governor sets three conditions for running

 
Gov. Ed Panlilio of Pampanga on Monday rolled out three conditions before deciding on tossing his hat into the presidential race in 2010.

One: He should only be the last option, that is, there are no other candidates whom people think can institute true government reforms.
