Discrimination in the workplace

As in most communal settings, discrimination often pops its ugly
head in the workplace. Some employees become victims of prejudices
because of their race, ethnic background, gender or religion.
Discrimination may be blatant or subtle and the
best way for an employee to protect himself against it is to know
his rights and the laws concerning the issue.
