Meralco cuts power rates |

Billing for May to go down by P0.60 per kWh
|

The Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) announced Tuesday that it would
lower electricity rates in time for the May billing period,
following a considerable drop in power-generation charges.
From P5.02 per kilowatt-hour in April,
Meralco’s bill from its power suppliers went down to P4.42 per
kilowatt-hour this month.
