ZAMBOANGA CITY: Sulu Gov. Sakur Tan survived an assassination
attempt on his life, but four of his escorts were wounded in a
broad-daylight attack.
Tan’s convoy was traversing a road in Patikul
town when a parked motorcycle rigged with explosives was detonated
at around 12.15 p.m.
