Dining at the new
Lorenzo’s Way restaurant in Greenbelt 5 is like coming home to
your own family’s cooking after a long, long day from work.
It exudes a rustic feel with its
antique chandelier, wooden tables and oil paintings. But the
collection that it is proudest of is its menu: all the specialties
of the LJC Group of Restaurants including those of Café Adriatico,
Abé,
Fely J’s Kitchen, Café Havana, Bistro Lorenzo and Bistro Remedios
are part of the endless choices of the authentic dishes one must
try.
Most notable are the paellas: Paella Marinara,
Paella Valenciana and Paella Negra. Chef George Lizares attests,
“We have a variety of dishes. We have [dishes] all the way
from France to Africa.” Lizares has worked with Café Havana, Fely
J’s and also for the royal family in Oman, Saudi Arabia.
