‘Baon’ basics 

Guidelines on preparing your kids’ snack for school

Besides the expenses on matriculation, books and uniforms, among the major concerns of parents every opening of classes is what baon to prepare for their children. Baon, is the Filipino term for food provisions one brings to journey, work or school.

Having your children bring their own baon in school carries a number of advantages. The foremost of these is being assured that what he eats on break time is clean, tasty and nutritionally balanced. And this is the tricky part.
