This Filipina stage actress has come a long way

Following in the heels of her namesake Lea Salonga, another Filipina is making waves in the international musical theater scene. Leah de los Santos was born in the Philippines. But for the last decade or so, she’s been based in Germany and using her extraordinary singing and acting skills flitting from one stage role to the next. I was in Berlin when the Philippine Embassy released a story about her recent achievements. Not wanting to miss the opportunity, I contacted the embassy and arranged for a one-on-one interview.
