Aksyon Demokratiko picks Aquino for 2010

There is a groundswell of support within the Liberal Party for the nomination of Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino 3rd as party candidate for president in the 2010 elections, a party official said on Monday.

The party official who requested anonymity told The Manila Times that the support for Aquino was growing not only within the party but also outside.
