Aquino vows to carry on with parents’ fight
|
|
To the delight of his supporters, Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino
3rd on Wednesday ended weeks of speculations on his political plans
as he formally announced his entry into the 2010 presidential race
to “continue the fight” for democratic reforms that was
initiated by his revered parents.
Aquino said that he had offered the vice
presidential slot to Sen. Manuel “Mar” Roxas 2nd, and that he
was just waiting for his friend’s response.
