Jinggoy defends dad in battle of speeches

Sen. Jinggoy Estrada in a privileged speech Tuesday turned the blame
on Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, accusing him of masterminding the
murders of a well-known public relations practitioner and his driver
nearly nine years ago.
Senator Estrada was defending his father, former
President Joseph Estrada, from “half truths and innuendoes”
mentioned by Lacson in his privileged speech the day before. Lacson
linked the former president to the double murder.
