It’s now 11 days after the murder of Fr. Cecilio Lucero, who had served as Catholic parish in Catubig and chairman of the human rights committee of the Catarman Diocese in Northern Samar province. There is no news of arrests whatsoever from the Philippine National Police (PNP) or any of the law-enforcement agencies.
