SULTAN KUDARAT, Maguindanao: The chairman of the Moro Islamic
Liberation Front (MILF) warned Saturday that upcoming peace talks
may be the last chance for a peaceful settlement with the
government.
At the same time, Murad Ibrahim, said he would
not turn over two of his commanders to authorities despite their
being wanted for bloody attacks they launched last year.

New power projects mostly ‘indicative’

country’s growing demand, most of these remain “indicative”
