WASHINGTON: In the latest display of his other worldly, dominant stuff, former Detroit Tigers All-Star Max Scherzer allowed two runs on six hits in a complete game effort. He struck out 20 batters in the Tigers’ 3-2 loss to the Nationals on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila).
