The 110 families in Brgy. San Roque whose houses were gutted by a fire on November 6 were assured of relocation in a housing project for free, according to Mayor John Rey Tiangco. Tiangco said the displaced families are to choose from in-city or off-city housing project where they can stay for 25 years without paying anything. Aside from the shelter assistance, the fire victims will be continuously given food and medical attention while awaiting transfer to their respective permanent housing sites.
