TWO agencies of the Department of Justice (DOJ) are clashing over a probe on the alleged illegal activities of Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials during the Christmas season.
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has ordered immigration officials to file their explanation and submit documents in connection with the alleged kidnapping, extortion and robbery committed by immigration officers in a condominium in Makati City.
