• NBI files charges vs Australian pedophile

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Friday night criminally charged before the Department of Justice (DOJ) an Australian pedophile who was dubbed as “porno king”.

Peter Gerard Scully was arrested by elements of the NBI-Anti-Human Trafficking Division (NBI-AHTD) for allegedly molesting children, including a one-and-a-half-year old baby.

Among the complaints filed against Scully and his live-in partner, Liezyl Margallo, are murder, rape and violation of Republic Act No. 10175, or the “Cybercrime Prevention Act”.

The minor children allegedly molested by Scully suffered extreme torture because they were even physically harmed.

Some of the sexual abuses were allegedly uploaded on a pornographic website.

It was alleged that one of the victims of the foreigner died due to extreme torture such that human skeletons were found in the residence of Scully in Surigao City.

Scully was arrested by NBI agents in his house in Malaybalay, Bukidnon by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Cagayan de Oro City Regional Trial Court (RTC). PNA
