De Lemos said the investigation will focus on the credibility of the Philippine Judges Association and the angle of “case fixing”.

He added they will also investigate the identity of a certain “Ma’am Arlene” who is said to be influencing the decision of the judges in exchange for monetary consideration.

De Lemos also confirmed the meeting between him and Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic F. Leonen took place Friday.

Leonen was tasked by the SC en banc to head a Committee in the Judiciary who will lead in the investigation into the alleged corruption in the Judiciary.
