The National Bureau of Investigation on Saturday presented to the media the alleged dealer of party drugs that killed five persons during the Close-Up Concert on May 22 at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City. Joshua Habalo, 35, was arrested in an entrapment operation at Remington Hotel on Friday. NBI Anti-drug Division chief, lawyer Joel Tuvera said 10 tablets of pink ecstasy, three green amore and five self-sealing plastic packs with a white powder, most likely cocaine, were confiscated from Habalo. Also confiscated from him was a list of those who ordered illegal drugs from him. Pasay City prosecutors filed charges against Habalo, who was also arrested in 2014 for possession of green tablets, which at that time, were not yet classified as illegal drugs.
