Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre2nd has ordered the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to join the investigation in the killing of an inmate inside the maximum security compound of New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City.
According to Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Benjamin de los Santos, Efren Ventura, who was from the Dorm 7 of the maximum security compound, was stabbed to death by Emric Abadeano and Leo de la Victoria on Monday at 4:35 p.m.
