The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Saturday announced that 104,829 people were affected by Typhoon "Vinta" even as efforts continued to restore power to parts of Northern Luzon which the weather disturbance battered Friday.

In its 6 a.m. Saturday update, the NDRRMC also said at least six roads and three bridges in Cordillera and Cagayan Valley were affected.
