The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) announced Wednesday that the death toll for Typhoon "Vinta" has climbed to four with damage to property placed around P276.638 million.
In its 6:00 a.m. Wednesday update, the most recent fatality was identified as Reynante Binala, 41, of Batac City in Ilocos Norte.
