THE Supreme Court (SC) has designated a new Deputy Clerk of Court for the en banc who shall assist in all cases before the 15-man tribunal, including those of Sen. Grace Poe and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, both candidates for President in the May 2016 elections.
The three chairmen of the three divisions of the High Court signed the memorandum appointing lawyer Anna-Li R. Papa-Gombio.
