The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration(PAGASA) on Tuesday spotted a new potential cyclone over the Pacific Ocean which had already entered Philippine territory.
Weather Forecaster Jori Loiz said that as 4:00 a.m. the low pressure area was spotted at 1,000 km east of Virac, Catanduanes.
