New Northern Luzon Navy chief sworn in

SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union: Commodore Severino Vicente David was sworn in as the new chief of the Northern Luzon naval forces on Wednesday. David, a member of “Matikas” Class 1983 of the Philippine Military Academy, replaced Commodore Nodolfo Tejada, who retired after 37 years in service. Tejada belongs to PMA “Dimalu-pig” Class of 1981. Vice Admiral Jesus Milan, the Navy’s flag officer-in-command, was the guest of honor during the turnover rites at the Naval Station Ernesto Ogbinar.
