The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Sunday announced a new passport processing schedule starting February 23 as it gradually shifts to an updated system.
In a statement, the department said implementation of the new passport system will only be temporary, and it is carried out “to ensure that the delivery of passport services to the public remains unhampered during the transition period.”
