The luxury of international serviced residences has arrived in Alabang. The Ascott Limited’s Philippine cluster recently marked another milestone with the opening of its sixth property in the Philippines and its first foray into the Southern part of Manila with Somerset Alabang Manila.

Located at 3409 Spectrum Midway, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa, the 150-unit development offers various prime apartment choices—studios, one-, two-and three-bedroom apartments. The serviced residence also has serviced offices, function rooms and boardrooms.

Leading the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony were The Ascott Limited’s Regional General Manager for Philippines and Thailand, Arthur Gindap, LBL Prime Properties Incorporated’s Director Alex Lao and President Edwin Lao. Guests of honor were Muntinlupa City Congressman Ruffy Biazon, Department of Tourism’s Assistant Secretary Shalimar Tamano, and Muntinlupa Department Head of City Competitiveness office Jerome James Arriola, who represented Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi.
