DAVOS, Switzerland: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres used his first address at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Thursday to push for a new partnership with business to help fight climate change and reduce poverty.
Guterres took over from Ban Ki-moon on January 1 with an ambitious plan to reform the United Nations at a time when it is struggling to raise funds for its humanitarian work and to address global crises.
