BORROWERS affected by the recent conflict in Zamboanga City were given reprieve from paying their amortization in the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC).
Vice President Jejomar Binay said that the 6-month moratorium shall be effective starting November 1, 2013 until April 30, 2014.
