Nissan celebrates NV350 Urvan anniversary by giving back to customers

nissan20160816After the Nissan NV350 Urvan’s first successful year in the market, Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) continues to celebrate this accomplishment by giving back to its biggest customer base, the public utility vehicle (PUV) operators, through a set of activities in terminals and dealerships this August.

During this time, NPI and select Nissan dealers will be organizing short programs in different universal express terminals around the metro and other provincial sites, consisting of free service consultations, free lunch and snacks, raffles, and giveaways to UV terminal operators and drivers.

“This event is our way of showing our appreciation and saying thanks to Urvan users for making the Nissan NV350 Urvan the top choice for mass transport. We also hope that this enables Nissan in showing its commitment to support both Urvan drivers and commuters on the road,” said NPI president and Managing Director Ramesh Narasimhan.

The UV Terminal program is part of a series of events to celebrate the first year of the NV350 Urvan in the local market, which began with a trip to DreamPlay in City of Dream with children from the Association De Damas De Filipinas, in partnership with Children’s Hour.

Since its launch in 2015, the vehicle garnered countless favorable response from drivers and users, making it a preeminent choice for the PUV business.

Some of the qualities that make the Nissan NV350 Urvan the excellent choice for UV Express drivers and commuters are its: electric variable geometry system (VGS) turbocharger and intercooler for a class-leading performance; 12 vents with strong Nissan air-conditioning system for a supreme riding comfort; a square rear design for that stately and refreshing design; and Nissan Customer Assistance Center (NCAC), a concierge facility for customers which provides 24/7 emergency roadside assistance and valet service, for a worry-free ownership.
