IT'S bad news for millions of devotees of the Black Nazarene who will be riding the Light Rail Transit (LRT).
LRT Authority (LRTA) spokesman Hernando Cabrera said that they will not be giving free rides during the Black Nazarene feast which is highlighted by the image's procession on Thursday.
