• No strong evidence vs drug suspects, Duterte admits

President Rodrigo Duterte has admitted that he lacks sufficient evidence to merit the filing of criminal charges against the personalities included in his so-called “narco-list.”
In his speech during the awarding ceremonies in Malacañang on Monday night, Duterte said he cannot provide actual pieces of evidence against those in his list.
“This is the drug industry of the Philippines. I cannot produce proof beyond reasonable doubt, hanggang probable cause lang ako,” the President said while dangling his so-called drug list.
The President said his thick file contains the names of barangay (village) captains and local chief executives, including former police general and now Daanbantayan, Cebu Mayor Vicente Loot.
“We did not know or I did not realize that we are already a narco-politics state,” Duterte said, as he vowed to pursue his war on illegal drugs.
“It will not stop until the last pusher is out of the streets and the last drug lord killed,” he added. CATHERINE S. VALENTE

    1. The Duterte way of crime fighting…. Probable cause via voices on his head…. Duterte is insane.
