No strong evidence vs drug suspects, Duterte admits

President Rodrigo Duterte has admitted that he lacks sufficient evidence to merit the filing of criminal charges against the personalities included in his so-called "narco-list."

In his speech during the awarding ceremonies in Malacañang on Monday night, Duterte said he cannot provide actual pieces of evidence against those in his list.
