THE Supreme Court has refused to stop the operation of the Obando, Bulacan sanitary landfill project after the Court of Appeals has junked the appeal of the town residents against the establishment of a sanitary landfill.
In a one-page Resolution of the SC en banc, signed and promulgated by Atty. Enriqueta E. Vidal, Clerk of Court of the en banc, the court did not issue a temporary environmental protection order or Tepo against the project.
