The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Saturday said the northeast monsoon will affect extreme Northern Luzon.
Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.
In Cagayan Valley, cloudy skies with light rains will prevail. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, on the other hand, will prevail over Cordillera and Ilocos regions.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon. Its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
