Slightly cooler than normal temperatures are expected in most parts of Luzon in the next three days because of the effects of the northeast monsoon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday.

In an interview, PAGASA weather forecaster Alvin Pura said the cold northeast monsoon or “hanging amihan” is expected to bring cloudy skies with passing light rains in Luzon until Wednesday.
