NorthPine Land Inc. (NLI) has expanded its presence north of Metro Manila with the formal launch of its Montana Views residential project in Pampanga, which the company described as “the first Modern American Country lifestyle community in Pampanga.”

NLI, whose portfolio covers Cavite, Laguna, Antipolo City in Rizal, and Pasig City, in a statement said, “The company is bullish on changing the landscape of new territories and expanding its geographic market.”

In addition to the new Montana Views community, which straddles Mexico and the City of San Fernando in Pampanga, its developments include Kahaya Place, Greenwoods Village, Wind Crest, Kohana Grove, all located in Cavite; South Hampton in Laguna; Forest Ridge in Antipolo City; and Lexington in Pasig City.

“Pampanga is among the booming locations outside Metro Manila and offers an ideal place to settle down. As one of the trusted community developers for the mid-income market, NLI set foot in the region to influence its thriving economy and respond to the high market demand,” the company said.

Following a Seller’s Launch and Motorcade in July, NLI held an American Country Fair-themed Grand Launch for its maiden project in Central Luzon last month.

City of San Fernando Mayor Edwin Santiago and Mexico Mayor Teddy Tumang, including the Barangay officials of Calulut and Panipuan were present during the event and were given a tour of Montana Views led by the NLI’s management team.

NLI President Alan Cruz took to the Cabalens by speaking to them in the Kapampangan dialect when he introduced the new project. He expressed the company’s delight in venturing to change the Northern landscape through the new development.

“The entire NorthPine force is extremely proud of Montana Views. Much of what this community represents is our powerful desire to play our part in the robust industry that Pampanga offers. For us, that is to create lifestyle communities that symbolize fine living for the mid-income market. We are developing Montana Views with the same standards and values that established our solid background,” Cruz said in his remarks.

The NLI leadership team led by Cruz formally welcomed guests including Pampanga government officials to the model park of Montana Views where its five model units stand for viewing.

The Aven, Bryn, Kendra, Lindsey, and Quincy model units range in floor area from 60 square meters to 130 square meters and are priced at P2.6 million to P5 million.

Situated at Brgy. Calulut, City of San Fernando, and Brgy. Panipuan, Mexico, Pampanga, Montana Views is 6.5 kilometers from downtown San Fernando, and accessible from the NLEX Mexico exit.

The company highlighted that the community offers a majestic view of Mt. Arayat and a soothing environment in addition to its strategic location. Additional amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court, and pocket parks will soon be finished to complete the residential development.

To support the new project and offer easy access for prospective buyers NLI also recently opened an Information Center located at MacArthur Highway, City of San Fernando.

NorthPine Land Inc. boasts a 20-year record of horizontal development, supported by its principal shareholders Hong Kong Land, BDO, Metrobank, and San Miguel Properties Inc.
