CONTRARY to Malacañang's statement, President Rodrigo Duterte‘s peace adviser said Norway would remain as the third party facilitator in the Philippine government's talks with the communist rebels.
In a statement, Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza described as "total fabrication" reports quoting Palace spokesman Harry Roque, who said during a press briefing on Monday that a third-party facilitator was no longer needed at the resumption of peace talks as Duterte wanted the negotiations to be held in the country.
