Number of seagoing passengers stranded by ‘Luis’ now at 325


Adverse weather triggered by Tropical Storm “Luis” has now stranded 325 passengers in three ports in Southern Luzon.

In its 10 p.m. update Saturday, the Philippine Coast Guard has broken this into 251 for Albay; 56 for Sorsogon and 18 for Catanduanes.

Number of rolling stocks reported immobilized in Albay was placed at 25; and nine in Catanduanes.

Number of ships prevented from sailing was placed at 10 with nine in Albay and one in Sorsogon. PNA
