FOUR left-leaning leaders who have standing warrants of arrest for murder filed a motion for reconsideration before a local court on Monday, according to a copy of their motion that was posted on ANC, ABS-CBN’s news channel.
Former Bayan Muna paty-list Reps. Satur Ocampo and Teodoro “Teddy” Casino; former Agrarian Reform secretary Rafael Mariano; and National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) Secretary Liza Maza filed their motion before Judge Evelyn Atienza-Turla of Branch 40 of the Palayan City, Nueva Ecija Regional Trial Court.
