At least three oil companies on Tuesday implemented an across the board pump price increase to open the month of June.
Based on their separate advisories starting late Monday evening, Pilipinas Shell, Petron and Seaoil raised prices of gasoline products by P.70 per liter and P.40 per liter on both diesel and kerosene.
The adjsustments–which “reflects the price movement in the international oil market” took effect 6:00AM Tuesday.
The recent price increase is the fourth since May.
Last May 27, oil firms jacked up prices of gasoline products by P0.30 per liter, P0.40 per liter on diesel and P0.45 per liter for kerosene.
Other oil players have yet to announce as of press time.
