Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., Caltex (Chevron Corp.), PTT Philippines Corp., Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Flying V and Eastern Petroleum Corp. on Monday announced that they will raise retail prices, effective Tuesday, February 23.
