A 42-year-old woman instantly died Monday morning when the passenger van she was riding fell on a deep ravine along the national highway in Roxas town, in northern Palawan.
The first serious highway accident recorded in Palawan this year, reports to the Philippine News Agency (PNA) identified the fatality as Vivian Badidil, a worker of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) branch in Roxas town.
