Shopaholics across Southeast Asia now have an exciting new portal to get their fix of international street fashion labels. Online shopping mall Lazada is blazing new trails with a refreshed fashion section that gives shoppers access to previously-unavailable brands.
In upcoming months, shoppers can look forward to the following UK brands: Bellfield, Motel Rocks, Your Eyes Lie, and Religion. From every day wear to weekend apparel and cocktail swank, there are a slew of designs to suit any occasion.
Meanwhile, fans of American fashion giant Urban Outfitters will also be delighted to find out that Lazada will be introducing Free People, which is owned by the group, and is beloved for their bohemian chic vibe.
While these labels are all unique in their own right, what ties them together is their high street credentials and relevance to the fun-loving Lazada audience. Lazada is always rigorous when it comes to curating its fashion offerings, selecting only designs that are on-trend, offer great value, and are in line with the Southeast Asian shopper’s tastes.
Apart from international product offerings, the online company will also be giving shoppers access to a wide variety of popular local brands.
Launch of in-house label
As if all that is not exciting enough; shoppers can also look forward to the launch of Lazada’s own in-house label, LZD.
With the same target market in mind, the label focuses on three F’s. The first is fit so that the silhouettes flatter the Asian body type. Second is fabrication in which fabrics are in keeping with international styles while still suited for Southeast Asian all year round seasonality. And last is fantastic value as LZD offers quality and style at highly accessible prices.
“Lazada has its finger on the pulse of style and fashion. Our aim is to provide the young people of Southeast Asia with up-to-the-minute designs at accessible prices. This is in line with LZD’s offering of high street fashion that covers all key trends of the season, from global catwalk, vintage fashion, and Asian influences,” shared Anne-Marie Bodal, fashion creative director at Lazada Group.
