Oral arguments on Torre de Manila case resume Tuesday

The oral arguments on the case of Torre de Manila, the so-called "photobomber" of the monument of Gat. Jose P. Rizal, will resume at the Session Hall of the Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday afternoon.

Set to appear before the SC at 2 p.m. Tuesday to present their side of the case are DMCI Homes (DMCI), the developer of Torre de Manila; the City Government of Manila and the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG).
