Ortigas & Co. to turnover Circulo Verde tower units

Property developer Ortigas and Co. is set to turn over units of its fourth residential tower in the 12-hectare Circulo Verde in Quezon City.

In a statement, Ortigas said it will turnover units of the 24-story Lleida Tower, the fourth residential tower in the community development.

The Lleida Tower is the first residential tower in Circulo Verde to offer studio type units. Other residential towers in the area are Ibiza, Majorca, and Seville.

The residential development targets the young professionals and starter families market.

“Lleida is perfect for people who want to sit back and be comfortable in a suburban setting where they can enjoy both the conveniences of city life and the relaxed atmosphere of a resort-inspired community,” said Ortigas & Company Chief Operating Officer Thomas Mirasol.

A special feature of the residential tower is the Sky Garden, a bi-level lush green space on 11th and 12th floors.

“The Sky Garden offers a sanctuary for residents to enjoy and experience nature in the city. It’s a breathing space and a delightful spot where friends and family can get together,” Mirasol added.

Ortigas & Co. is also the developer of Capitol Commons, Frontera Verde, Greenhills Shopping Center, and the subdivisions Greenmeadows, Greenhills, and Valle Verde.
