Harold
Fajardo and his brother, Rolando, are leaders of the Fajardo
kidnap gang, according to files of the Philippine National
Police.
Police have
linked the Fajardo brothers to the abduction of Nobuyuki
Wakaoji, general manager of Mitsui Co. Ltd in Canlubang,
Laguna, on November 16, 1986, among other kidnappings.
Several
members of the gang have already been arrested, among them
Hedelito “Heddy” Trinidad, who was nabbed by the US
Federal Bureau of Investigation in Los Angeles, and Antonio
Castro, who was caught by the National Antikidnapping
Task Force in Población Alaminos, Laguna.
The Fajardo
brothers and their coaccused are charged with several
counts of kidnapping and car theft before Branch 89 of the
Regional Trial Court in Bacoor, Cavite.
Harold
Fajardo is 5’5” tall and weighs 135 lbs. His last known
address was Barangay Suplang, Tanauan, Batangas.
