National Antikidnapping Task Force included Ronald Roilan
on its most wanted kidnappers list on December 2003.
He is
charged with several counts of kidnapping before the Mandaluyong
Regional Trial Court Branch 213.
Sketchy
police records show he weighs 125 lbs. and approximately
5’5” tall. No details of where he was last seen are
available.
