MORE than 300 informal settler families (ISFs) living in Pasay City’s danger zones have been relocated to the province of Cavite. Pasay Mayor Antonino Calixto said the 333 ISFs living along the Tripa de Gallina and Maricaban Creeks were moved to the housing project of the city and the National Housing Authority in Barangay Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City, Cavite. He said the demolition of the ISFs’ shanties went orderly as they did not refuse to be relocated to a safer location. “We want them to be out of the danger zones, so we relocated them to a more conducive place for living,” he added.
