BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: The provincial government here is set to construct the P15.5 million-worth Bambang-Pingkian mountain road project to boost economic activities of upland farmers.
Gov. Ruth Padilla said the project will uplift the economic activities of farmers in Kayapa town known as the vegetable bowl of the Cagayan Valley region.
